What should a roofer's website have?
Plenty of photos of your own work (before and after if you can), a clear list of the jobs you do, the areas you cover, your reviews, any guarantees or memberships, and an easy way to ask for a quote. Customers spend longer deciding on a roofer, so your site has to earn their trust.
Make it easier to ask for a quote
A search for "roof repair Crewe" might be urgent. Someone planning a new flat roof in Nantwich may want to browse your past jobs first. I make the relevant information easy to find:
- A gallery of your own jobs, ideally with before-and-after photos
- A section or page for each main job: repairs, re-roofs, flat roofs, chimneys, fascias and guttering
- Storm and emergency repairs made obvious if you do them
- Your guarantees and memberships, such as NFRC, TrustMark or CompetentRoofer, if you have them
- A simple quote form, plus tap-to-call and WhatsApp on every screen
- Your Google reviews, front and centre
Why photos matter so much for roofers
Roofing work can be hard to see from the ground. Clear photos help a homeowner understand what you've done, especially if you can show the problem and the finished repair. Send me your pictures and I'll crop them and add them to the site.
How much does it cost?
£350 to build, then £25 a month for hosting and changes. My first three customers get the build for £250. You see a free demo of your site on your own phone before you decide. For a wider look at prices, read how much a website costs in the UK.

Questions
How much does a website for a roofer cost?
With me it's £350 to build, then £25 a month for hosting and changes. My first three customers get the build for £250. You see a free demo before you pay anything.
Can I add new job photos myself later?
You don't need to. Send me new photos on WhatsApp and I'll add them. Small changes like that are covered by the £25 a month.
I don't have many photos yet. Is that a problem?
No. We can start with what you have and add more as you go. Photos taken on your phone are fine, as long as they're clear.
I'm flat out. Do I have to write it all myself?
No. Send me a few job photos and tell me what sort of roofing work you do. I'll write the copy and send it over for you to check.
Will it help me show up on Google?
I'll make your roofing services and coverage clear, with useful job photos where you have them. That gives people something to look at when they find you, but I can't promise rankings or enquiries.
